Mochi dough with chewy peas with just the right amount of crunch. The inside is a mixture of moist strained bean paste and white bean paste. Each one is handmade and finished 😆

🔸 Keiro Dorayaki 1 piece 205 yen (tax included)
Dorayaki is made by sandwiching the finest ogura bean paste, which is made by cooking the finest azuki beans with a special recipe to make them moist and fluffy, sandwiched between fragrantly baked batter.
For Respect for the Aged Day, this is a special dorayaki with illustrations of grandpa and grandma😊✨

Orange and cream are sandwiched between fluffy sponge cakes and finished with Beni Azuma cream🍠💕
