The secret to the deliciousness of the bean paste lies in how it is cooked.
"Botamochi" made by "Saito" using glutinous rice from Yonezaki-cho, Rikuzentakata 😆

It is a higan dango using "Koshihikari" ✨
Saitou's highly recommended grained bean paste, cooked using the pot-cooking method, brings out the deliciousness even more.
