① Creme brulee flavored bread　 243 circle
A brioche dough is wrapped around a smooth custard cream made with Hokkaido milk, topped with milk-flavored toppings, and baked until golden brown with a squeeze of bitter caramel sauce. A dessert-like bread with the aroma of caramel and milk.

② Demi-glace croquette bread (Hokkaido potatoes) 264 circle
This is a savory bread made with cheese-flavored dough, sandwiching croquettes made with Hokkaido potatoes and demi-glace sauce inside.

3. Teriyaki Chicken Danish 243 circle
Teriyaki chicken filling and egg yolk-style sauce wrapped in crispy Danish dough and baked.

This baked pie is made with flaky pie crust, topped with caramel cream, banana cream, and dried banana chips.
