1. Salted chocolate croissant (made with salt from Setouchi) 167 circle
A crispy croissant made with Danish dough and chocolate chips, baked with a sugar topping containing salt from the Seto Inland Sea.

②Mentaiko Cheese Dutch Bread (Hakata Mentaiko) 232 circle
A cheese cream containing Hakata mentaiko is wrapped in French dough, flavored with fermented cheese flavor liquid and Levain yeast, and then topped with Dutch topping and baked until crispy.

3. Yuzu-scented spicy meatball burger 264 circle
