Introducing the popular "Fresh Cream Daifuku" at Kamome Terrace 😊
This is Saito's special fresh cream daifuku, made with domestically produced glutinous rice flour and a chewy mochi dough.
There are five different flavors available, ranging from Japanese-style to fruity.
The most popular flavor is "Sesame," and the staff's favorite is "Cheese."

🔸 "Bean Jam" 165 yen While retaining the flavor of Hokkaido-grown red beans, the bean paste is kneaded to a moderate sweetness and filled with fresh cream, then wrapped in mochi dough made with domestic glutinous rice.
🔸 "Sesame" 165 yen Smooth sesame paste and white bean paste are kneaded together, then filled with fresh cream and wrapped in mochi dough made with domestically produced glutinous rice.
🔸 "Cheese" 165 yen Processed cheese and white bean paste are kneaded using Saito's unique techniques, then filled with cheese cream and wrapped in mochi dough made with domestically produced glutinous rice.
🔸 "Tamago" 165 yen The richly flavored tama-to bean paste is made by kneading white bean paste with molasses and sugar, and then filled with fresh cream and wrapped in mochi dough made with domestically produced glutinous rice.
🔸 "Passion Fruit" 165 yen Sweet and sour passion fruit is mixed with white bean paste, filled with cream containing cheese, and wrapped in mochi dough made with domestic glutinous rice.
This product is sold frozen.

◇After thawing, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
